Shipping

Principessa currently offers domestic shipping only via UPS.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on weight and zip code.

Please allow up to 48 to 72 hours for processing.

Our shipping department is open from 11am to 5pm Monday through Friday.

All orders placed after 11am on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Our shipping department is closed on weekends and holidays.

Arrival dates are not guaranteed unless a priority option is selected.

Returns

All returns must meet the following criteria:

  • Item(s) must be mailed back withing 14 days of receiving your order
  • Item(s) must be unworn and in original condition with tags attached

NON-RETURNABLE/EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS include:

  • Sale Items
  • Jewelry
  • Bags
  • Hats
  • Belts
  • Lingerie
  • Swimwear
  • Perfumes
  • Footwear
  • Vintage Items

Refunds will be given in the original form of payment only. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

We do not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise.

Customer is responsible for all charges incurred when returning an item (shipping costs will not be refunded).

If returned item(s) meet all the above requirements, your return will be processed within 3 to 4 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been credited.

Please allow any additional time your bank may require to process the refund to your account.
